Are the cabins finished?

No, we build the shell and the interior wall studs.

Do you deliver or build on-site?

All new cabins are built on site. Used cabins are delivered.

Do you have any repo cabins?

At times, we do have used cabins for sale. Please contact your dealer.

Do you do electrical or insulation?

No, because we build on-site, we do not do any electrical or insulation.

Can you build or deliver outside of Texas?

No, we can only service Texas.

If I am more than 50 miles from you, can you build in my area?

Yes, but there would be a trip charge. Please contact a dealer for cost.

Can I change the floor plan?

Yes, we customize the layout specifically for you.

Can the cabins be made larger?

Yes, we can build multiple sizes of our designs.

How long is rent to own?

Rent to own is for 5 years.

Do I need good credit to apply?

We do not do a credit check.

Do I need to own the land to have a cabin built?

No, we just need the landowner’s permission.

What kind of foundation do you build on?

We build on concrete blocks 2’ off the ground. A gravel pad is suggested.

Can you build on a permanent foundation?

If you are a cash customer and not rent to own we can build on your foundation. We tell your foundation contractor where to put everything.

Do I have color choices?

All cabins are made with either raw cedar or primed siding. We do not paint the cabins.

Do you have siding choices?

We can build with other sidings, like hardi. We will consider any ideas you have.

Can you do cedar lap siding on the entire cabin and not just the front?

We can, there is an upgrade charge.

Can I choose my door?

You can add or change the doors. You buy the prehung door and we will install it when we build.

Can you build a custom cabin?

Yes, we can build most custom plans. Contact your dealer today for more information on building a custom cabin.
